How do I choose the right green coffee beans?

When choosing green coffee beans, consider the flavor profile you prefer. Yunnan coffee beans typically have unique floral aromas, fruity notes, and mild acidity, making them ideal for consumers who enjoy a refreshing taste.

How should I store my green coffee beans?

Green coffee beans should be stored in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. It's best to keep them in sealed bags or dedicated containers to prevent moisture and external odors from affecting the quality. If unopened, they can be stored for 6 months to a year in their original packaging.

How can I tell if the green coffee beans are fresh?

Fresh green coffee beans should have a clean, fresh aroma, and the color should be uniform, ranging from light green to pale yellow. If the beans have an uneven color or appear yellowed, they may have been stored for a longer period and lost some of their freshness. We provide the freshest Yunnan coffee beans from the latest harvest to ensure top-quality products.

Do you offer roasting services?

Currently, we focus on selling green beans for customers to roast at home.

How do I roast green coffee beans at home?

At-home roasting can be done with a home roaster, stovetop, or hot air gun. For beginners, it's recommended to start with a light roast, as the beans gradually turn from light green to light brown. You can adjust the time and temperature during roasting to achieve your desired flavor profile. For more detailed roasting guides, feel free to check out our website tutorials or contact our customer service.

great for making SOE

I usually buy the beans and roast them at home. The beans are very tasty, with medium roast preserving a certain level of fruit acidity, a distinct wine aroma, and almost no bitter taste. They are great for making SOE Espresso, and both iced Americanos and Italian-style coffees are very delicious. The cost-performance ratio is extremely high.

High cost-performance ratio

I roasted 200 grams to a medium level and started drinking them recently. Personally, I find that the espresso machine extracts a more intense and delicious flavor, while pour-over coffee is cleaner with a distinct fermented wine taste. The medium roast achieves a good balance of acidity and bitterness. The cost-performance ratio is very high.

Classic Yunnan Natural Process

The classic Yunnan Natural Process Catimor with a wine-like/sauce-like flavor. Some people like it, some people don't. There are a bit many defective beans.I think it more suitable for Italian-style coffee beans or for practice.

I like the bean.

The beans smell fragrant and are very fresh, with flavors of fruit and wine. This is my first time trying this kind of slightly acidic, medium-light roasted beans, and the experience was great.

Yunnan Coffee

I hadn't really thought of Chinese coffee before since I think of China primarily as a tea producer. That coffee actually wasn't good (weak and cold) but I decided to try YAHABILI's. It tasted good right off the bat but then it took me a week or so to get dialed in.
