100 grams of beans were roasted to a dark level in an automatic coffee roaster, taking about 17 minutes in total. The weight of the parchment was approximately 0.7 to 0.9 grams, and the average weight of the net roasted beans after three roasts was around 80.5 to 80.7 grams. There are very few defective beans.
It's my first time processing coffee beans by myself, and it feels great. I roasted them to my preferred color, let them cool down, and then ground some, which smells wonderful and gives me a great sense of achievement.
Roasted in an iron pan to a medium-dark level for making lattes. The crema is excellent, and the rich aroma is very intense. These beans do not have any so-called fruity notes; they only have the pure and rich coffee flavor. I'll do it myself from now on, it's not difficult.
The raw beans look good and uniform. I hope to achieve good results from roasting them. The beans appear to be relatively small, perhaps there will be changes after roasting.
